We aim to describe all products and services accurately, but we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

5. Digital Products & Online Courses

  • All digital content is for personal use only

  • You may not share, distribute, or resell any course materials

  • Access is granted to the purchaser only and must not be shared

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not typically provided once access has been granted.

6. Workshops & Retreats

  • Your place is confirmed upon payment

  • If you cannot attend, any transfer or refund options will be stated at the point of booking

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, locations, or teaching arrangements

  • We reserve the right to cancel events, in which case a refund or alternative will be offered

You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation (unless stated), and insurance.

7. Physical Products & Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch physical orders within 7 days of purchase

  • Occasionally delays may occur, and we will communicate where possible

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for postal delays or customs charges

8. Returns & Refunds

We comply with UK consumer law.

  • Physical items may be returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Refunds are processed once items are returned

Exceptions:

  • Digital products

  • Custom or personalised items

9. Sharing & Intellectual Property

If you are learning something new and transformative, it’s natural to want to share—and I love seeing what you create.

Thank you to everyone who credits and tags me. It matters.

That said, there are some boundaries to protect the work.

What you can share:

  • Photos of work in progress

  • Images of final pieces

  • Short videos or reels of your process (as a “taster”)

Please credit the course and tag me where possible.

What you cannot share:

  • Teaching or demonstrating my methods or concepts as your own

  • Step-by-step recreations or “how-to” versions of lessons

  • Course content with others (including sharing logins or group viewing)

  • Selling or exhibiting work that is heavily based on my examples

A note on ownership:

Individual techniques may exist in the public domain.

However, the specific combination, sequence, methodologies, and concepts taught in my courses are my intellectual property and may not be reproduced or taught.

10. Use of Content

All content on this website—including artwork, images, text, and course materials—is owned by or licensed to Jack Ravi.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.

11. User Conduct

We reserve the right to remove access to any course or service without refund if a user:

  • Violates these terms

  • Shares content unlawfully

  • Behaves in a way that disrupts others or the learning environment

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activity under it.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of data, income, or profits

  • Outcomes resulting from use of our content or services
