This is a one-of-a-kind artist book, housed inside a vintage tin gifted by a friend. It was made from watercolour paper, bound with a metal found object, and worked through in a state of pure flow.
It is loosely inspired by Dixit, which is a card game I absolutely adore for its dreamlike imagery, and that’s why these pages feel more like a deck of cards than a book.
This piece began as a response to a student's interpretation of a class I had taught just a few days earlier, which was a gift that sparked something unexpected.
I always say that I learn most when I teach, and this book is a proof of that.
